| We are now using our own credit card clearing services provided by MetaCharge. All new accounts or topups are processed using ?Stg rather than $US. If you are an existing client please contact us on support@sports-arbitrage.com and request your old account be converted over to the new system. Any previous balance in $US will continue to be charged at the orginal $US prices. | | Arbitrage Alert charges

If SMS is requested and the message exceed 160 characters then part 1 of the message will be charged at the rates above and any further parts of the message will be charged at only ?0.12 () () per part message. | | | Our filters are free to use and can save time and money from receiving alerts you do not want. However if you opt to use our filtering service to set a minimum return then all alerts will be charged at ?1.35 () () for each and every message. | | We do use a dictionary of SMS abreviations which can be found on the site.
Due to the fact that arbitrage & rick bets are irratic and rare, if there are no messages then you are charged nothing. Unlike other sites we do not charge a monthly fee for our alerts, you only pay for what we send you. | |

Terms & Conditions
Transmission of Alerts
1. SMS text messaging is in no way guarenteed to reach its destination immediately. For SMS we do use a portal that has been very reliable to date and we are paying a premium for that reliablity. We cannot be held responsible for lost messages due to low SIM card memory, user input error of mobile number or mobile network outages. You will only be charged if we receive a confirmation that the message has been queued for delivery. Please make sure that you have global roaming enabled (i.e. you are able to use your mobile abroad).
2. Email messaging is in no way guarenteed to reach its destination immediately. We use our own servers and send messages individually on high priority. We cannot be held responsible for lost messages due to full destination inboxes or network outages. You will only be charged if we receive a confirmation that the message has been queued for delivery.
Arbitrage Alerts
1. We cannot guarentee the availablity of arbitrage bets. We will alert our subscribers as soon as an arbitrage opportunity is available.
Rick Alerts

| | | Refunds & Returns
Sports-Arbitrage will refund any account balances at any time if you are not happy with the service directly via the method that was used to deposit the funds. There will be a small administration fee to cover Credit/Debit card charges of 10% of your balance to a minumum fee of ?10.00. | | Subscription Account Sharing or Group Email Account
Any subscriber found to be blatantly sharing their data with others will have their account suspended and will possibly loose their balance. | |
